Many of your tools are made to order, and this can take time. Although most orders are shipped within 1 week, some may take a little longer. Approximate USPS shipping times are in addition to the time it takes to make and process your tools.

All orders include tracking.

We ship by USPS, although UPS is also available upon request.

If you have special shipping requests, or questions regarding when your order might ship, please feel free to email us glasstools@olympus.net ( we will need to know what you are ordering).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine what, your duties or taxes might be.

Simply place your order through PayPal, Liz will calculate shipping options and send you an email. Once you choose your shipping option she will email you a SEPARATE INVOICE for shipping through PayPal. International orders will not be sent until shipping is paid.
